Refund Policy (Temporary)

We at Amorya aim to make sure you’re completely satisfied with your order. While our return and refund process is still being finalized, please review the following temporary policy.


🔄 Returns & Refunds Eligibility

  • Items can be returned within 7 days of receiving your order.

  • To be eligible for a return:

    • The item must be unused and in original condition.

    • Tags must be attached.

    • Packaging should be intact.


🚫 Non-Returnable Items

  • Sale items, final clearance, or personalized pieces may not be eligible for return or refund (unless defective).


💸 Refund Method

  • Refunds will be processed via the original payment method (if applicable) or as store credit.

  • Cash on Delivery (COD) orders may only be eligible for store credit refunds at this stage.


🧾 Return Process

  • To request a return, please contact us via WhatsApp or our support form within 7 days of receiving your item.

  • Once approved, we’ll guide you through the return steps.


🚚 Return Shipping

  • Customers are currently responsible for return shipping costs, unless the product is defective or an error was made in your order.


Processing Time

  • Refunds are usually processed within 5–10 business days after we receive the returned item and verify its condition.
